Clark Boyd is a founder, operator, and entrepreneur focused on helping business owners grow — through smarter financial systems, better marketing, and strategic acquisitions.

He currently serves as the Visionary at Molen & Associates, a 40+ year family-owned tax & accounting firm based in Houston, TX. Clark is actively expanding the firm through acquisition while building a strong team and culture rooted in service, systems, and sustainable success.

Clark is also the founder of Innov8ive Marketing, a full-service digital agency helping service-based businesses grow through conversion-driven websites, SEO, paid ads, social media management, and marketing automation.

With deep experience across industries like real estate, software, professional services, and consulting, Clark brings an operator’s mindset to every business he works with. He’s a passionate EOS® leader, having served in both the Integrator and Visionary roles, and thrives in environments where structure, strategy, and execution align with clear values.

Clark holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University, is fluent in Spanish, and has a unique talent for simplifying complex business challenges into actionable plans.

Above all, Clark is a husband and father to four beautiful daughters, and he’s driven by a mission to create meaningful work, lasting relationships, and a life filled with purpose. I’m passionate about helping business owners simplify complexity, unlock growth, and build companies that align with their values. With a background in sales, marketing, operations, and finance, I work alongside entrepreneurs to strengthen multiple areas of their business — not just increase profits, but build organizations that actually support the life they want to live.

I’ve completed a full Ironman triathlon, multiple endurance races including the MS150, and enjoy weightlifting, snowboarding, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’m also fluent in Spanish, which has opened doors to serve and connect with more people in meaningful ways.
